Off to Hobart in September...
SCU has elected to send me to a conference in Hobart in September. You can find out some more information at the website. Below are some quotes:
"The conference provides an opportunity for higher education delegates in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region to meet and explore new horizons in the application of computing technology in education."
"The 2005 Academic & Developers Conference will allow academics, senior management, IT staff, developers and students to exchange information, ideas, philosophies and practical advice on technology innovation, integration and implementation in a higher education environment."
Of course, the technology they speak of is Apple Macintosh technology. It should be good, especially given I've just released a product that relates directly to the higher education environment.
